"¢ 0.5 qoshiq quruq xamirturush (droja)
"¢ 2 qoshiq shakar
"¢ 1 qoshiq tuz
"¢ 8 stakan un
Kartoshkali ich uchun masalliqlar:
"¢ 4 dona qaynatilgan kartoshka
"¢ 100 gr. brınza yoki tvorog
"¢ Yarim bog’ petrushka yoki ukrop
"¢ Murch, zira, garmdori.
Hamirga surtish uchun:
150 gr. Eritilgan saryog’
Tayyorlanishi:
"¢ Xamir masalliqlaridan yumshoq xamir qoring.
"¢ Ustini yopib, biroz kuting (30 daqiqa)
"¢ Shishgan xamirni ikkiga bo’ling. Birini unchalik ingichka bo’lmagan holda yoying.
"¢ Ustiga eritilgan saryog’dan mo’l surting. Konvert shaklida buking.
"¢ Ikkinchi zuvalani ham xuddi shunday yoying.
"¢ Ikkinchi xamirni yoyarkansiz, ilk xamirni muzlatgichga solib qo’ying. Ikkinchi xamirni yoyib, bo’lgandan keyin ilk xamirni chiqarib, narigisini muzlatgichga qo’ying.
"¢ Ilk yoygan xamiringizni ustiga va tagiga biroz un sepib, to’rtburchak shaklida yoying.
"¢ Ustiga saryog’ surtib, kartoshkali ichdan hamma joyiga teng yoying.
"¢ Chetlaridan boshlab rulet qiling va yog’li qog’ozni ustida ruletning uchlarini teshik kulchaday birlashtiring.
"¢ Qog’ozning ustida dumaloq non —teshik kulcha shaklini buzmasdan tilim tilim kesing. Qog’oz bilan birgalikda listni ichiga soling ki, shakli buzilmasin.
"¢ Ustiga tuxum sarig’i va qatiq aralashmasidan surtib, sedana seping. Yopiq bir joyga xamir ko’pishi uchun 1 soatga qoldiring.
"¢ Narigi xamirga ham xuddi shularni qiling.
"¢ 200 darajalik duxovkaga soling. Qizara boshlaganda darajani 170 ga tushiring, ichi xamir bo’lib qolmasin.
"¢ Anorday qizargan bo’rekni duxovkadan chiqaring va 20 daqiqa kutgandan keyin kesib, dasturxonga torting.
Kartoshkali ichning tayyorlanishi:
"¢ Kartoshkalarni qaynatib pishirgandan keyin, po’stini arching, kichik, to’rtburchak shakllarda to’grang.
"¢ Brınza yoki tvorogni qirg’ichdan o’tkazib, yoki ezib, kartoshkaga aralashtiring.
"¢ Petruska yoki ukropni to’g’rang. Ichiga biroz murch va zira soling. Agar achchiq yoqsa garmdori soling va aralashtiring.
