Tayyorlanishi:
Olmalarni qirg'ichdan o'tkazing, shakarni solib, karamel holiga kelguncha pishiring. Ustiga ezilgan yong'oqni solib, sovushin, kuting.
Xamir masalliqlarini asta sekin solib, yumshoq xamir qoring.
Xamirdan yong'oqday parchalar olib, 0.5 sm qalinlikda oching. 3/2 qismini chizing. Chiziq chizilmagan butun qismiga olmali ichdan solib, sekin sekin o'rab hilol shaklini bering.
170 daraja oldindan isitilgan duxovkada usti qizargunca pishiring. Tahminan 40-46 daqiqa.
